Matt Bush (born March 22, 1986) is an actor and voice artist who voiced Pete Kowalski in Bully. He was also credited with motion-capture work.

Bush participated in an interview with SWEGTA in the fall of 2019. In it he discussed, among other things, doing mo-cap work for cutscenes with Pete in them, debunked the claim that Pete has a limp, and revealed several unknown details about the mission The Paddle.
